Dixie Heritage Hour: Did Jesse James Fake His Own Death?

In this week's edition of TBR Radio Presents: The Dixie Heritage Hour, Dr. Ed interviews fellow TBR writer Clint Lacy. This is Clint's third time on the show. In today's conversation Ed and Clint talk about the infamous outlaw Jesse James. When others were able to go home after the War Between the States Jesse was forced to fight on. Clint has written articles for TBR magazine on Jesse James and Dr. Ed has been writing a book on Jesse. So the subject is of great interest to both. The conversation includes the Knights of the Golden Circle, were there two or three different "Jesse James" and James Gangs? Did Jesse fake his death? Were there serious falsifications when a DNA test was conducted on Jesse's exhumed corpse?

WREG News Channel 3 (Memphis , Tennessee) is reporting : Photo credit: WREG News 3 "Laurin Stennis’ flag design has gained so much popularity that even those who order the flag want her autograph. Why does this perplex me?  It perplexes me because recent events have led me to the conclusion that the "War Between the States" never happened. Given the events of recent years it's natural to conclude it didn't happen. Fox news compiled a running list of Confederate monuments that have been removed thus far and while the majority of those were at the hands of Democrats, there are several Republicans behind the removal of them.   Below is the list compiled by Fox News correspondent Christopher Carbone. christopher.carbone@foxnews.com Annapolis, Md.
